Cha Technologies Group produces thermally bonded nonwovens in our Cosmotec (UK) facility. Production is based on processing staple fiber with inclusion of a low-melt or bi-component fiber. This blend of fiber forms a structure of interconnected bonding points when the web receives heat treatment. A multitude of fiber blends and heat settings can be applied to achieve desired effects. In addition, the use of powder bonding offers further variation to our product range.
